If you’re in your middle years, welcome home.
This time in our lives is equal parts full and rich and wondrous — and confusing and scary and lonely.
The paradox is real. I know. I’m rounding the corner to my 58th birthday, and I’ve felt all these things.
If you’re like me, we are super clear about what we will no longer tolerate. We are more patient with ourselves, more willing to slow down and be present — and less interested in striving and driving and owning material possessions. Those days are finished.
We crave adventure and experiences — and peace.
In this precious time in our lives, we are meant to be wildly happy.
We no longer belong with certain people — we are blessing and then letting go of those who don’t understand us and opening our heart to a new wave of loving, generous people more aligned with who we are now. We crave community.
We are shedding what no longer matters so much, to travel lighter and with ease.
Our work has taken on new purpose, as we begin our second half of joyous living. Work matters in new and important ways.
You know it’s time to let some things go…and you are standing at a crossroads.
I love you. I’m with you.
